The art and pictures displayed here is of my hard work and time. Everything in this gallery is copywritten by myself and/or my wife . The works displayed here are for use in deviantArt only. If you use these works then you must follow dA's stock rules as well as these listed below.

1. Please give me the proper credit, seeing as I have spent my valueable time and hard work into creating what I can for others to use. Your credit must be displayed in the description of your art with a link back to my page. That does not necessarily mean that you have to link back to the exact page the art or picture that is being used is. All I'm asking is please give me the proper credit that I deserve.

2. Please leave me a note or a message with a link to your deviation. I would greatly appreciate seeing what you have done with my pics.

3. Do not use outside of dA. I don't really wish to see my pictures on other sites. If you wish to use them for other sites, please send me a note with a request along with all the details and we could possibly chat.

4. Permission is already granted to use in prints. All that I ask is that you please leave me a message and a link to the deviation that you are having printed.

5. There is to be absolutely NO horror, macrabre or gore to be made out of my children's pictures. If I find any I shall have them removed.
